Whilst we do operate in NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD, we don’t currently deliver to every single postcode in these states. It’s important to check that we deliver to your area before placing an order. Our deliveries are managed by third party, industry-leading chilled logistics. You will receive tracking information via text message the night before your delivery is due.
Our delivery partners deliver from Sunday Midnight to Tuesday Daytime depending on our postcode. Each week the timeslot will change and this will appear when you enter your postcode.
MONDAY AM - Sunday Overnight (midnight to 7am)
MONDAY PM - Monday 08:00 to 18:00
TUESDAY AM - Monday Overnight (midnight to 7am)
TUESDAY PM - Tuesday 08:00 to 18:00
Note: All business addresses will automatically be diverted to a PM timeslot.
COVID NOTICE (During Lockdowns):
Drivers will wear gloves and masks for all RETAIL deliveries
Drivers will wear masks for all HOME deliveries
If a customer is there to receive the item drivers will continue to record an "x" on glass on behalf of the customer and record the recipient name
Drivers will not enter secure unit blocks and will instead buzz / use the intercom to leave the box in the foyer or at the main entry (if there is no response)
