Delivery

Do you have a delivery fee?


Yes we do and it depends on your postcode.




What areas do you deliver to?


We currently service NSW. VIC and QLD - Not all postcodes in these states yet so please check our postcode checker before ordering.




Do I have to be at home or at work when my order arrives?


No, you don't. All deliveries come in a cool sealed box with ice packs so that your meals stay cool if you are not there to accept the delivery. Meals can stay in outside temperatures for up to 6 hours after delivery. So we ask that you ensure you make arrangements for the boxes to be taken inside and placed in your fridge withing this timeframe,




What happens if I receive the incorrect order or items?


Contact us at info@gymeats.com.au and we will rectify the situation for you.




What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?


You will need to provide delivery instructions at the checkout for our delivery to follow or they will delivery your order in the safest place possible.





Product

Do your meals arrive fresh or frozen?


All our meals arrive fresh and are never frozen. However, you can freeze our meals and consume at a later date if you wish.




Can I freeze my meals?


Yes, you can. While we recommend consuming our meals fresh, you can freeze our meals for up to 1 month in the freezer.




How long do your meals last for in the fridge?


All our meals have their shelf life printed on the labels. We cook to order and the meals are intended to be consumed fresh during the relevant challenge period.




Are your meals halal certified?


No, but we are working hard to change this and will update accordingly. If you want to be kept up to date with this please email info@gymeats.com.au




What happens if I have food allergies?


If you have any food allergies you will need to check with your Challenge meals recipe provider and check the ingredient list before ordering. For example, for the F45 Challenge visit www.f45challenge.com and check the weekly recipes. Our food is also prepared in an environment where traces of nuts and other common allergens may be found in the meals. For more specific information please email us before ordering. Please note we do not cater for any allergies and it is expected that you have checked the Challenge website or app to ensure that all the ingredients used in ALL of the recipes are suitable for you.




How do I reheat your meals?


We use two type of sealing depending on the meal.

Skin Sealed meals can be placed in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 mins (depending on your microwave) after removing the outer cardboard label sleeve

Top Sealed meals need to be peeled back from the corner slightly before placing in the microwave. Again, the outer cardboard label needs to be removed prior to reheating

How do I pay?


You’ll be asked to enter your payment details at the online check out. We accept most major credit cards.





Ordering

When is the delivery cut-off time?


For the F45 Challenge meals the orders must be placed by 8pm on Monday. Any orders outside of this time will be scheduled for the week after or cancelled.




How do I order?


Simply browse our menu of your challenge, add meal plans to your shopping cart, and head to the checkout when you’re ready.





Calorie Intake

How do I know what Total Daily Calorie Intake I need?


We follow the customised meal plans as per the F45 Challenge recipes. The best way to ensure you have the most accurate information is to visit www.f45challenge.com and read through the help guides or speak to your trainer at your F45 Studio.




How do I know if this is a healthy option for me?


If you are unsure about what calorie intake you should be following then we receommend you speak to a health professional. If you have any medical conditons that are affected by your diet you should seek professional personal advice before undertaking any challenge meal plan.





Meals

What meals do you sell?


Each week our menu changes and is in line with the F45 Challenge Menu. This menu is made by the F45 Challenge nutrition team and is designed to maximise your results in the challenge. The nutrition team does its best to provide members with a variety of nutritious foods that will fuel your body during the challenge.




Can I chose my individual meals?


At this stage we do not allow individual meals to be changed, however, we offer 3 variations: No Seafood, No Pork, or No Seafood and Pork. If you select one of these options, we will substitute your meal with another meal from the same week. We are working on giving customers the choice to choose their own meals each week from the menu. Stay tuned.




What is the main difference between GymEats and the rest of the Challenge suppliers?


The main difference is that we provide the exact same meals you see on the F45 App and according to the calorie bucket you select. We do not substitute any products and all our meals are produced by chefs. We also cook the meals to order, so we don't use flavour enhancers or any additives or preservatives to extend shelf life. We ONLY use the ingredients listed on the F45 Challenge app. Think of us like your personal challenge chefs!




The meal plan says 1600, what does this mean?


Our meal plans are named after the corresponding calorie bucket designed by the F45 Nutrition Team. This usually represents the total daily calories the meal plan is recommend you eat.
