Do you have a delivery fee?
Yes we do, it’s just $10 per box
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to:
Sydney Metro areas - Sunday overnight
Sydney Southwest - Monday overnight

Do I have to be at home or at work when my order arrives?
No, you don't. All deliveries come in a Woolcool(c) box with ice packs so that your meals stay cool if you are not there to accept the delivery. Meals can stay cool for up to 12 hours in our ice boxes.
What happens if I receive the incorrect order or items?
Contact us at email@example.com and we will rectify the situation for you.
What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?
You will need to provide delivery instructions at the checkout for our delivery to follow or they will delivery your order in the safest place possible.
Do your meals arrive fresh or frozen?
All our meals arrive fresh and are never frozen. You can however freeze our meals and consume at a later date.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes, you can. While we recommend consuming our meals fresh, you can freeze our meals for up to 1 month in the freezer.
How long do your meals last for in the fridge?
Our meals have a recommended 7 day shelf life. We recommend you consume them within this time and dispose of any left over.
Are your meals halal certified?
No, but we are working hard to change this and will update accordingly. If you want to be kept up to date with this please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if I have food allergies?
If you have any food allergies you will need to check with your challenge meals recipe provider and check the ingredient list before ordering. For example for the F45 8 Week Challenge visit www.f45challenge.com and check the weekly recipes. The food is also prepared in an environment where traces of nuts may be found in the meals. For more specific information please email us before ordering. Please note we do not cater for any allergies and it is expected that you have checked the challenge website or app to ensure all the ingredients used in ALL of the recipes are suitable for you.
How do I reheat your meals?
You can reheat our meals in the microwave for 1.5-3 mins. Heat them up in the oven for up to 10 minutes at 160 degrees or empty the contents in a fry pan and heat.
How do I pay?
At the online checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details and we accept most major credit cards.
When is the delivery cut-off time?
Our delivery cut off times vary and depend on the challenge you are participating in. Most of them have a cut off 8pm Tuesday for delivery the following Monday morning before 6am. Some challenges we will extend the cut off up to 9am Wednesday morning
