Subscription Key Information

Thank you for subscribing for a meal plan. The below outlines some key terms and conditions of any subscription plan with GymEats. This should be read in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions.

  1. Your payments will be deducted every 7 days on a weekly cycle from the date of your first payment.

  2. If you want to pause or cancel you will need to email us at info@gymeats.com.au to do so. 

  3. You may cancel up to 24 hours after your debit and we will refund the payment. 

  4. Your subscription is ongoing until you notify us to stop via email. 

  5. We cannot edit, change or modify the subscription, if you would like to change calorie buckets or the number of days, you will need to cancel your current subscription and order a new one before the next cut off, Sundays at 6pm. 

  6. If your payment is declined by the bank for any reason our merchant provider automatically cancels the subscription, so you will need to ensure you manage your payments and check that it has gone through successfully. For example if you ordered for the first time on a Friday and the next Friday you did not get an order confirmation email from our system then there has been an issue with your payment and you will need to reach out to us or place another order. You can log into your account and check the status of this. 

  7. You account section will show past orders and the status of your subscription, if it says cancelled then you will need to re-order.
